100th Post: A Look Back in Time

In celebration of my 100th post here on the Oelrichs Family Blog, I thought it would fun to do something a little special. We managed to dig up baby pictures of various family members, and I've posted them here with pictures of Ava and Dane at similar ages. Who do you think looks like who? Snow Day!

Around 4 or 5 inches of snow fell at our house last Thursday, Jan. 31. We didn't get out to play in it on Friday, mostly because it was still really cold, but on Saturday the sun came out, and I took Ava out during Dane's morning nap.

Here's what the world looked like from the back porch on Saturday morning. The trees were flocked with frost and the sky was an amazing shade of blue:

Ava thought the snow was pretty tasty:We built an Ava-sized snowman, Ava gave him a big hug, then she knocked off his head:And Ava really liked making snow angels:Since I was too lazy to bundle up Dane, I don't have any pictures of him in the snow to post. So, here's a couple of fun random pictures of him.

Dane is obsessed with Ava's toy vacuum. He turns it on and would leave it running all day if I let him.Real men . . .
